Your username is the email address used for your workspace invitation. For your security, support cannot view, send, or choose your password.
Your password stays privateRecovery sends a secure account link to the email address on the account. ShopOps support cannot complete that step for you.
Add or reset a passwordContinue to secure sign-in, enter your ShopOps email, then choose “Can’t log in to your account?” A password-creation link will be emailed to you. This also works when passkey-first setup did not create a password.
